Project background:

This property development firm’s goal was to help commercial owners reposition into the residential market post-pandemic. Our team was brought on board to produce engaging thought-leadership LinkedIn content to boost their credibility, build trust in their network, and source local commercial relationships to explore the potential to collaborate.  

Campaign overview:

A common challenge this client faced was a lack of trust and credibility in an industry that is so often full of developers only looking out for themselves. By transforming the client’s LinkedIn profile and producing consistent content for their feed, we were able to set the foundations for high-quality relationships and build confidence without having to pick up the phone. 

We helped the client become a more active voice in their space. And coupling this with connecting on the back-end with relevant potential leads, by the time the client did speak directly to an individual, solid foundations had already been laid. People already knew this client was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely looking for a win-win scenario for all parties.

As a result of our efforts, they were able to build on their reputation in the market, closing deals, averaging a GDV of £700k.
